  • A transformer specially designed to improve electrical performance and durability is manufactured using high-quality materials and process technologies. The transformer realizes the uniform distribution of the electric field through the copper foil winding technology of the low-voltage winding, thereby optimizing the electrical efficiency. In terms of the internal structure, the low-voltage part uses a formed hard paper tube as the inner frame and is equipped with laminated wood compression blocks to enhance the overall mechanical strength and stability. In terms of the production process, the transformer is treated with a vacuum oil injection process, which can effectively eliminate the bubbles inside the coil and further improve the electrical performance and insulation grade.

  • Ordinary type standard configuration: The transformer oil tanks are all cylindrical sealed structures, and all transformers have grounding devices and hooks, American standard installation lifting shackles, and pressure relief valves. Full self-protection type standard configuration: The transformer is a full self-protection type, which can protect itself against lightning, short circuit and overload. The self-protection system can also protect the power transmission and distribution lines from power outages due to the transformer’s own faults. In addition to having the same characteristics as the ordinary type, such as the cylindrical oil tank, there are hooks outside the box, installation lifting shackles, grounding devices, nameplates, primary iron cores, and winding structures.

  • The low voltage adopts copper foil winding to make the electric field of the transformer evenly distributed. The inner frame of the low voltage adopts a molded hard paper tube. The compression pad adopts laminated wood to enhance the mechanical strength of the transformer. The transformer adopts vacuum oil injection, which can completely eliminate the bubbles in the coil and improve the electrical performance of the transformer. The box edge adopts stainless steel bolts, and the appearance is beautiful. A fully sealed fuel tank is adopted to isolate the transformer oil from the air and slow down the aging of the transformer oil. The sealing parts adopt molded parts to enhance the sealing reliability of the transformer. Combined with the oil-transformer terminal and intelligent terminal, by adopting power automation monitoring means and 4G communication technology, the purpose of real-time monitoring and wireless communication transmission can be achieved.
  • The intelligent on-load automatic capacity and voltage regulating distribution transformer (referred to as the “capacity and voltage regulating transformer”) is mainly used in the distribution area with a rated voltage of 10 kV and a capacity of 630 kVA and below.
  • The iron core adopts a kind of material with outstanding magnetic conductivity performance, and adopts the internationally advanced ultra-rapid cooling technology. The rapid quenching and solidification production process directly cools the liquid metal at a cooling rate of 106°C/S to form a solid thin strip with a thickness of 0.02-0.04mm to obtain an amorphous alloy structure with the characteristics of short-range order and long-range disorder in the atomic arrangement and combination. A typical amorphous alloy contains 80% iron, and the other components are boron and silicon. It is a soft magnetic material with small magnetization power and no structural defects that prevent the movement of domain walls.
