The iron core adopts a kind of material with outstanding magnetic conductivity performance, and adopts the internationally advanced ultra-rapid cooling technology. The rapid quenching and solidification production process directly cools the liquid metal at a cooling rate of 106°C/S to form a solid thin strip with a thickness of 0.02-0.04mm to obtain an amorphous alloy structure with the characteristics of short-range order and long-range disorder in the atomic arrangement and combination. A typical amorphous alloy contains 80% iron, and the other components are boron and silicon. It is a soft magnetic material with small magnetization power and no structural defects that prevent the movement of domain walls.
