A transformer specially designed to improve electrical performance and durability is manufactured using high-quality materials and process technologies. The transformer realizes the uniform distribution of the electric field through the copper foil winding technology of the low-voltage winding, thereby optimizing the electrical efficiency. In terms of the internal structure, the low-voltage part uses a formed hard paper tube as the inner frame and is equipped with laminated wood compression blocks to enhance the overall mechanical strength and stability. In terms of the production process, the transformer is treated with a vacuum oil injection process, which can effectively eliminate the bubbles inside the coil and further improve the electrical performance and insulation grade.
