High-overload Oil-immersed Transformer
Due to seasonality, personnel mobility, and diurnal time differences of residential users, the load fluctuation of the power distribution network in China’s power distribution network is relatively large, and the capacity of the distribution transformer does not match the electricity demand. Generally, more than 70% of the time of the special transformer of enterprises runs no-load or light-load, and more than 80% of the time of the public transformer used by residents runs no-load and light-load, resulting in relatively high loss of the distribution transformer.

  2. Under the condition of ensuring the normal life of the transformer, it can be overloaded by 2 times the rated capacity for 1 hour and 1.75 times the rated capacity for 3 hours, and meet 1.5 times the rated capacity for 6 hours.

  3. The fuel tank adopts a fully sealed fuel tank to isolate the transformer oil from the air and slow down the aging of the transformer oil. The sealing parts adopt molded parts to enhance the sealing reliability of the transformer.

  4. The low voltage adopts foil winding to enhance the anti-short-circuit ability of the transformer; the low voltage adopts copper foil winding to make the electric field of the transformer evenly distributed. The inner frame of the low voltage adopts a molded hard paper tube. The high voltage is semi-overlapped with a layer of non-wei glass adhesive tape. The compression pad adopts laminated wood to enhance the mechanical strength of the transformer. The transformer adopts vacuum oil injection, which can completely eliminate the bubbles in the coil, thereby improving the overall anti-sudden short-circuit ability of the transformer.
